Sea bass for dinner last night, so fresh and tasty and has lots of vitamins and minerals such as omega-3 fatty acids, although white fish doesn't have as much as oily fish like salmon but it's still great and low in fat! We should aim to eat at least two portions of fish a week, one of which should be an oily fish. 1 portion = around 140g

Obviously sea bass isn't classed as a 'sustainable fish' but I do ensure that I eat sustainable fish too. Here's a guide to help you. and also here is more info on what the labels mean.

Happy fish eating :)
